A good place to work in, with a very diverse workforce in terms of location and function.
It can be stressful at times while working on multiple projects requiring equal urgency. You need to be very certain of your personal and professional goals. Mere hard work doesn't help in the long run, as people with whom you work have different expectations of outcome or are not bothered about your ambitions.
