The company has a lot of good perks for employees, like gratuity after 2 years, a personal loan facility, and salary is always paid 2 days before the month.
For Corona, they provided some money for all employees and also gave 2-3 days leave for mental health.
The manager of the team was the worst person I've ever worked with. He would not only micromanage but also shout and insult people in front of all. He would conduct meetings at any hour and make the entire team join. The time I spent there was hell. There was no such thing as work-life balance; in other words, there was no life and only work.
When multiple people are leaving from a particular team, and the attrition rate is so high, you should look into it.
Some people have directly complained about this person, and some have complained anonymously. Still, the management is backing up this guy. Why?
The interview was well and good. I was asked what's in the resume and a coding question, which was a medium-level LeetCode problem. There were also questions on OOPs and Collections. Concentrate more on the programming language.
Attended by campus placement. In round one, I was given a paper to write a factory management system using OOP concepts. I was asked to code only in Java and Python. Section two was debugging, and I was given a merge sort code to debug the errors. H
1st round - 2 questions: 1. A written coding question, strictly no Python, paper and pen based test on campus. 2. One debugging task in a Java program. 2nd round - HR interview. 3rd round.
