Pros

Lots of teams and tech to choose from if you don't like where you ended up.

Cons

Old tech. Really, really old, and not supporting innovation or changes.

Lots of managers are promoted for the wrong reasons.

Although they say they care about work-life balance, you will work much more compared to other places, and it's taken for granted by management.

Advice to Management

HR - Check your teams' honest reviews. Do 1:1s with workers instead of managers.

Make sure goals are set by the workers, not only by managers (which are also not relevant to the real world).

Start rewarding your workers. No, ice cream for a holiday gift does not count! You already pay 10%-15% less than others in the market. Why should people stay?
