Not much workload. Kind of stable and steady job. Good work culture. Flexible timings. Freshers and new joiners are given ample time and resources to get up to speed. Not many restrictions.
Monotonous work.
- New, from-scratch work is hard to get by.
- Not many onsite opportunities.
- Work is repetitive.
Please ensure that favoritism does not happen. I have seen some people getting perks which they don't deserve.
