Culture is nice, but the US team is stupid
- Nice culture in India.
- Flexible timings.
- Job security.
- Gratuity in 2 years.
- 1-month notice period.
- Politics played by the US team.
- Pay is not the best; it's very average.
Not everyone is equal; someone needs to lead and set the guidelines. At least the manager should do that.
We really need to focus on better hires for the US team.
