Good work-life balance. Good for people who are interested in the semiconductor manufacturing domain. Decent salary and hike. Not much work pressure.
Not the best job for a fresh CS grad.
Difficult to switch jobs for a person interested in software.
Though the company is big, most people outside this domain are not aware.
Tell the fresh grads clearly about the job profile. Recruit them only if people are really interested.
Give more publicity.
