A great company with a great history and many great products. Great benefits; they treat employees very well.
Too many products are going on. Many products are not making money and are losing market share.
There have been lots of layoffs recently.
From a software point of view, this is just not a software company...
Invest in software. That's less money, but it can make a product much more competitive.
