It was a detailed process, though not lengthy. I had 3 interviews in total: one with the hiring manager and two with extended team members. The interview with the manager was scheduled for 30 minutes but extended to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Had a three-hour virtual interview with four hiring managers, 45 minutes each. Each hiring manager asked questions on different areas, like stress management, how I make design decisions, working with teams, and why I want to work for Applied, etc. I

The first telephonic interview was good. The interviewer asked really good questions. The final onsite interview was conducted by four team members. Some of them were clueless about the position they were interviewing for and started asking question
