Interview twice. Phone interview and then panel interview on site. Then offer, through the phone and then a few days later a package in paper form. I did not bargain since I was getting a pretty good offer.

Very friendly and straightforward! They really want to pick your brain and get to know you. Basic questions about work experience and what you are going to bring to the table.

The hiring manager is amazing. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. My coworkers are great and the company's culture is laid-back and relaxed. I have enjoyed working at this company very much.
