Transparency: everyone from team members to executive management is easily accessible for questions.
Positive working environment: everyone I've talked to is excited about what they are working on.
Great for learning: the projects are challenging, and coworkers are always available to answer questions.
The perks are also pretty nice: lunch and dinner, a gym a few blocks from the office, Warriors/Giants games, and free laundry service.
No real cons I can think of. Sometimes lunch is too tasty, so I eat a bit too much.
