Learning: During my time here, I have always been given challenging/interesting projects, and my team members are always happy to help me with any questions I may have.
Culture: Pretty much everyone I've met seems interested in their work, and there is definitely a culture of commitment to producing high-quality work.
Performance is rewarded.
Executive management is pretty transparent with employees.
None that I can think of, really. Work can get hectic/busy sometimes, but that's part of the excitement.
