One of the worst interview processes I have attended so far. The recruiting manager doesn't know or have clarity on the DevOps role.

First round was with the technical manager, which was good and relevant questions on AWS were asked.

Second round was on shell scripting. The questions were very vague, and I felt the role they were looking for was someone with strong shell skills or basic Linux knowledge.

The third technical interview was also done by someone who focused only on shell/Linux commands. I am not sure if this is something to mention, but the last two technical rounds, 1:1 interviews, asked me the same Linux command questions. I have wasted 3 hours in their office.
