Pros: Most of the people are truly fantastic to work with. The culture used to be a lot of fun. If you network, there's nothing stronger than our CS department.

Cons: Upper management doesn't get what goes into the product. Product management tends to overrule sensible requirements, and design reviews are non-existent. Finger-pointing is rampant, and the blame game is a ticking time bomb. Layoffs were made earlier in the year and quietly not discussed, so the most recent layoffs are just a blatant move to put the jobs in India, which they promised us would never happen. Additionally, the parent company is even worse at running the product quality into the ground.

Pros: Good work culture, inclusive people, easy to reach leaders. Everything is amazing.

Cons: I didn't find any cons. It's an absolutely amazing place.

Pros: The work culture is the best. People are always supportive and ready to help. There are hackathons as well to explore new fields, and guest sessions are conducted every month to gain more knowledge about the industry. There is no micromanagement, so people can finish their work without any pressure.
