I applied for the position on LinkedIn, and HR called me to schedule an interview.
The interview process started with a senior resource who patiently listened to my project experience and asked a few basic questions on Kubernetes and Docker.
The second round was a managerial round. The manager who conducted my interview was Vinod/Vivek, and he is a very nice person. He tried to understand my roles and responsibilities, the tools we use, and the CI/CD pipeline practices we follow.
The next round was with the Director, Navneet Kumar. It was one of the worst interviews anyone could face. He himself did not know what he was asking and then continuously interrupted by talking, not allowing me to answer his irrelevant questions. Being a director, it is common sense to listen to others' views and then continue with the discussion. I am not sure if it is his personality or if he behaved that way on that day.
The Director has asked about JFrog and wanted to understand how to achieve zero-time deployments.
Don't worry, even if you try to answer, he won't try to understand and will attempt to impose his views on you.
