The interview process was pretty straightforward. The office atmosphere was clean and comfortable, although minimal.
One thing I didn't like was the 1-hr interview schedule. 45 minutes should be the max for most 1-1 interviews, which I had 6 that day along with a brief wrap-up with the recruiter. Pretty much spent all day at the offices. Also, there was only one official "break", but I did ask for other short coffee/bathroom breaks throughout the day.
The interviews were pretty wide-ranged, which was mostly negative. ICs meeting CEOs/CIOs/directors is fine, but interviewing with one or another generally isn't a good idea. But at a small company, this could be more often expected.
