It's like a big family with lots of awesome, passionate people. They are also always focused on improving and getting better – for both customers and staff. They don't just say it; they do it.
There's some legacy tech & people (like every other place), but it's not a big issue, and they're doing a lot to improve this.
Keep moving & keep changing
The interview process consisted of: * First round with HR. * Second technical round. * Third technical round. * Fourth and Fifth rounds with the Hiring Manager in the US. The HR representative was very rude to me. He assumed I knew everything, when
Recruiter call, followed by two rounds of technical interviews and a behavioral round with the manager. Technical interview 2 was harder and less logical in my opinion (DS/algo, but the algo was more of a trick than anything).
The recruiter was extremely unprofessional. I tried scheduling a call with the recruiter within a week, but instead, they picked a date months out that conflicted with my surgery. I notified them about the conflict, and they sent me an auto-rejection
