The overall recruitment process went fine despite all the difficulties that appeared within the process. The HRs were reserved and patient along the way, and all the time they were staying positive, whatever happened. This gave a kind of assurance that they are ready to solve everything in the world.
The onboarding process is awesome. The team is super friendly, and there is very nice onboarding training that makes the entire process smooth and comfortable.
I'm happy with a new job position and don't see any cons at this moment.
The interview process consisted of: * First round with HR. * Second technical round. * Third technical round. * Fourth and Fifth rounds with the Hiring Manager in the US. The HR representative was very rude to me. He assumed I knew everything, when
Recruiter call, followed by two rounds of technical interviews and a behavioral round with the manager. Technical interview 2 was harder and less logical in my opinion (DS/algo, but the algo was more of a trick than anything).
The recruiter was extremely unprofessional. I tried scheduling a call with the recruiter within a week, but instead, they picked a date months out that conflicted with my surgery. I notified them about the conflict, and they sent me an auto-rejection
