The company states that it is transparent and open to everyone's ideas, which is not so. It is a mutual admiration society. People think they are actually smarter than they really are and are very condescending. People are promoted for being in the "click" not necessarily for their knowledge.
The software platform is "hosed"; there are more bugs than in the projects. Engineering cannot fix them fast enough.
