I applied online. The recruiter contacted me after a couple of days. The first round was a technical screen. I did pretty well and was invited for an onsite loop of 4 hours.

The Apptio interview process had three rounds of interviews. The level of the interviews was fairly moderate. Post-offer, a smooth onboarding process has been completed. Pre-onboarding meetings with members were conducted as a welcome gesture.
