The pay was decent, and some nice people worked there.
Major shakeups at the upper management level. All-hands meetings felt staged and were selling lower-level employees an illusion of transparency. A handful of upper management got equity, while most employees did not receive equity compensation. Some teams had zero mentorship and felt internally competitive.
