Crunch time during important releases
Initial phone screen with HR, followed by a technical interview over the phone (working through technical problems on a shared coding environment), and ending with a 90-minute on-site technical and behavioral interview.
FTE acceptance depends on the person who is taking the interview. There were two technical rounds (written and interview), and one HR round. It is a really hard and tedious process with no breaks in between any of them.
