Extremely US-dependent program.
Late-night scrums.
Ad-hoc work schedule; no agile way of working, though they claim it's agile.
Code doesn't have test cases and they are mandated only when in the mood.
Hired as backend devs, but you're forced to become full stack.
Blame game by managers. If your laptop dies, you will be blamed!
No growth at all!
Bad insurance policy as there's no option to top up.
Stop hiring an incompetent leadership team.

Devops Engineer
The Apptio interview process had three rounds of interviews. The level of the interviews was fairly moderate. Post-offer, a smooth onboarding process has been completed. Pre-onboarding meetings with members were conducted as a welcome gesture.
