Promising Product, Bad Culture
Good success story with a product that appears to be selling well, though I'm not sure how much is smokes and mirrors.
Engg culture is by far one of the worst in the Puget Sound area. It's not a place where people are happy. Most folks I know are either in golden handcuffs and biding their time to crack the IPO market, not really because they enjoy working with each other or building this product that is internally a mess.
