I think they are conducting interviews just for the sake of passing time. It was only a 30-minute interview, and based on a few questions, they decided I was not a potential fit, even though I answered all of them. Be aware before taking interviews;

The Apptio interview process had three rounds of interviews. The level of the interviews was fairly moderate. Post-offer, a smooth onboarding process has been completed. Pre-onboarding meetings with members were conducted as a welcome gesture.

Absolutely third-class people working in a third-grade company. They take interviews just for time pass, to show in audit records only. Even after performing well in all rounds, I was rejected, with the explanation that my skillset did not match. P
