Following an OA, there was a live coding interview. The interviewer had such a strong foreign accent that I could not understand half of what he was saying, even after asking him to repeat. This hindered my interview as I was not entirely sure what he wanted me to do because I couldn't understand him. I wish they would use people who speak clear English in English-speaking countries.
