The process began with a 45-minute screening call to review relevant experience and determine if there was a good fit.

Once I passed the initial screening, the interview process consisted of a single day:

  • A 30-minute one-on-one with the hiring manager.
  • Three one-hour interviews, each with two hardware engineers.
  • The day concluded with a 30-minute one-on-one with the head of the department.
