I have never felt less valued, not only as an interviewee but as a human being, than I did during this interview process. I was led on for an unnecessary amount of time. There were last-minute interview changes multiple times. Multiple interviewers did not make the interview, despite these adjustments. I was asked four of the same questions within the same interview by different members who joined late. After all of that, I was deemed to have lacking experience in a certain topic, something the hiring manager noted since the first interview. If that was so crucial, why even move me onto the other steps?
