Pros: The only pro is that the work pressure is less.
Cons: The worst part is that when interns and freshers join, they are forced to rate the company as 5 stars on Glassdoor. This is pathetic. So, do not go by the ratings.
Worst HRs.
No job levels, leading to lesser growth opportunities.
No perks besides the base salary, which is also very low compared to the market.
No annual hikes yet. Freshers are earning more than you, which is demotivating.

Lesser work stress.
Steep learning curve at the beginning, which helps you adapt and learn more.
Mentors and managers are supportive.
Cons: Small office with fewer amenities, though it's going to change soon :)
