The first step was the technical recruiter interview. It was going flawlessly until their COVID-19 vaccination policy was brought up.
I asked about accommodations, and the recruiter became rude and immediately ended the phone call.
I followed up a week later and have not heard anything.
This was probably a blessing in disguise, as I could imagine all the headaches one would get from working for a company like this.
