I received the initial interview offer fairly quickly after submitting my resume at a career fair.
The first technical interview was straightforward, presenting a medium-difficulty question. It required a solid understanding of the material, and the interviewer was quite pleasant.
The second interview was a phone call with a senior lead. I believed the interview went well, at least based on our conversation. He explicitly stated that the next step would be an on-site third round, intended to facilitate team integration.
However, after the interview, they completely ghosted me. There was no further communication, no rejection notice, nothing. This significantly soured the overall experience.
