Process
Arista came to our career fair and was shortly reached out to by an engineering manager. The process involved:
- An online assessment (trivial difficulty, easier than LeetCode Easy).
- A 60-minute technical interview.
The online assessment accepted any language, but the technical interview was C++ only. I pressured the manager for a decision and was ultimately rejected. The reason given was that only two spots from our school were available, and other candidates performed just as well.
