1. One-hour phone/video screening by two Hardware Managers.
2. Invited for a four-hour technical interview by eight managers/engineers.
3. I was informed that I had successfully passed the interview process.
4. Asked for three references.
5. The company did not contact any of my references.
6. After I contacted the company for an update, three weeks later, the company informed me that they were sorry, they had changed their plans and direction, stating they no longer had this position for my candidacy.
7. I felt this was very unprofessional.
