Met the recruiters from the company at a college career fair. A phone interview was scheduled two weeks later. The interview lasted an hour. The interviewer asked questions covering Layer 2 and Layer 3.

Questions

Questions were asked regarding VLANs, subnetting, STP, and the longest common prefix, along with some datapath scenarios. A few Linux commands were also queried.

Pros: It's a very good place for learning new technologies. Always gets some new project which enhances your learning. Team members are very helpful, which makes for a very good work environment.

Cons: Still, a lot of facilities need to be enhanced from the HR side, like other MNCs are already doing. For example, free lunch for employees. Paternity leave is only for 5 days, which needs to be at least a month.
