The interview process involves:
- A long, one-hour technical interview over the phone, which is interesting.
- A behavioral interview.
- Writing a technical paper on a Networks-related topic.
- A panel interview, which is the final stage.
You might be asked to fix a lab.
The team is very nice and wants you to succeed, so don't worry.

Pros: Europe's TAC is an amazing team, but with artificial resource constraints that are compensated to a great extent by the talent and ownership of its members.
Cons: People have to develop to be relevant, which they do. But that makes them relevant to other job positions as well. So they leave, and are not easily replaced due to the region’s hiring characteristics (company and regional issues).
