The co-founders are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. They drive the engineering expertise and a culture of collaboration within Arista. "Do the right thing" may be another company's tagline; however, it is actually practiced at Arista.
None - a really great company, IMO.
Perhaps a bit more focus on the needs of engineering staff outside of HQ.
I was asked one DSA question, which was easy level. Then I was asked a C output prediction question and one C debugging question. The overall experience of the interview was good and fast-paced.
The interview process took about 3 weeks. They followed up on questions I had after each round of interview.
Coding round: Conducted on Coderpad, emphasis on style and clean code. The question was very easy and took barely 5 minutes. First round: C++ trivia, question on trees. Second round: Resume review, a question on Tries.
