Existing employees (even the ones that have been here for 4+ years) are not valued. The company seems to be paying more to lateral hires who are much more junior to many currently in the company. The hikes are not good and sometimes non-existent. The increase in stock value will be treated as hikes. Talking to senior management (including directors) has no effect; they will give you a very vague answer on any question related to compensation, and many times you will have to act like a beggar to even get peanuts here. If you are not particular about the field, please go and try for companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and many other startups that reward you for your work and also make sure you are a better engineer during your stay there.
