Good work-life balance. Nice work culture. Experienced and helpful coworkers. Sufficiently good CTC.
Flat hierarchy – no divisions between software developers (e.g., SDE 1/2/3). Less perks, e.g., corporate tie-ups with playschools, etc. The review system is a little outdated and needs revision.
Please focus on improving the cons.
