Work-life balance is good.
There's a good learning curve on the development side.
You learn new things every day.
Too much philosophy by management.
They never are ready to give money to juniors because they believe in leaders. They think leaders get things done.
They don't care for junior engineers.
There is no annual hike process at all as they do not believe in that.
They brag about their peer review process, but let me tell you it is a process for front end only and only for show off. Back end is still high-level politics for bonus and everything.
Ask for a hike upfront at the time of joining. After that, do not expect much, same as a service company.
You should also be thinking about junior engineers as well.
Think about annual hikes for juniors at least.
