They don't care for junior engineers.
There is no annual hike process at all as they do not believe in that.
They brag about their peer review process, but let me tell you it is a process for front end only and only for show off. Back end is still high-level politics for bonus and everything.
Ask for a hike upfront at the time of joining. After that, do not expect much, same as a service company.
You should also be thinking about junior engineers as well.
