I have been working at Arista for the last 3 years with minimal change in compensation. Recently, my classmate interviewed with Arista, and they offered him 50% more than my current CTC. While they are paying more to candidates they are hiring now, they are not giving any hike to existing employees.
For new hires, please note you will be stuck with the offered compensation for multiple years.
Please raise the salary based on the market conditions.
