The best thing I like about working here is the freedom you get. People are willing to help you more than you expect. There are no strict deadlines and the hierarchy is very flat. The Director sits next to me on the same table type as mine. You can find some of the smartest brains of the industry, and it makes for a great office life. Work-life balance is awesome. The company highly rewards the extra efforts you put in.
Could work a little more on perks, although the company is slowly increasing them.
Always maintain your freedom and be approachable. This is what drives people here.
