• Expectation of working all the time without proper facilities. The company doesn't even guarantee parking for two and four-wheelers.

• Medical insurance coverage is not top-notch.
• Office location: Commute to and from the office in peak hours is a real pain.
• No fun activities.
• No US transfer.
• Salary is 50% below industry standard.
