- No salary hike.
- No RSU refresh.
- Most of the hardworking engineers don't get anything in the performance review. Others get peanuts.
- They even stopped fresh tea (replaced it with cheap machine tea) in the Bangalore office to cut costs.
Consider giving hikes, bonuses, and RSUs to engineers.
