- Great work-life balance. Literally, most of the people I know in this company have only life and no work.
- There are only a few exceptional engineers in the company, and the rest are passing time.
- Horrible pay scale.
- Flat hierarchy. Everyone is a software engineer here.
- Outdated tech stack.
- Incompetent peers.
- Very laid-back culture, which is not for everyone.
