No Hikes, Average Bonus
Work-life balance is okay, but they don't encourage WFH. Only managers can take it on their own will.
No hike. Past 5 years, they gave just 1 hike in 2016. I am not alone; there are many others like me.
A review, which is a performance review system, happens twice a year, but you don't get to know your "well" [likely intended to be 'worth' or 'rating']. Bonus is also average. Earlier, they used to give a good bonus, but they are giving just peanuts now. They keep hiring and make the existing employees suffer with no hikes.
Please start giving annual hikes to your employees and tell them the level where they stand.
