There are so many cons that you don't bother about the pros.
These people just don't want to give their employees any money. Their motto is to suck the life out of their employees by overburdening them and then criticize them in the review cycle to avoid giving them hikes. You can literally end up working in this company at the same salary for 3-4 years. The review system is completely flawed. Hard work is not rewarded here.
