- Good freedom of projects and switching teams internally.
- Friendly coworkers and flat management (now changing slowly).
- Work on a proprietary programming language, practically useless outside of Arista.
- Low on compensation now, with slow growth and salary raises. No clear indication of level or performance.
- Traffic on commute.
