A group of fellow employees who are in the same boat as me and understand what it means to work in a company with no hike or career growth.
Working at Arista Networks has been a deeply disappointing experience, particularly when it comes to compensation. Despite dedicating significant time and effort to my role, the company's approach to salary increases and bonuses is utterly demoralizing.
Firstly, let's address the issue of salary hikes—or rather, the lack thereof. Despite promises of competitive compensation packages, it's evident that Arista Networks falls short in this regard. Year after year, employees are met with stagnant wages, with management offering flimsy justifications that do little to assuage concerns about fair pay.
Even more egregious is the abysmal bonus structure. Instead of rewarding hard work and dedication, Arista Networks seems content with offering token bonuses that barely make a dent in employees' wallets. It's disheartening to see the disparity between the effort put in and the paltry rewards handed out.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency surrounding compensation decisions only adds insult to injury. Employees are left in the dark, with little insight into how bonuses are calculated or why salary increases are consistently overlooked. This culture of opacity fosters resentment and erodes trust within the company.
The absence of meaningful avenues for feedback or recourse exacerbates the frustration felt by employees. Despite numerous attempts to address these concerns with management, it's clear that Arista Networks prioritizes cost-cutting measures over the well-being and satisfaction of its workforce.
