Arista's core culture seems to be changing
- I joined Arista mainly due to its culture (which seems to be changing now).
- Mentored a project for new joiners for the first 3 months.
- Work-life balance is getting bad.
- The core culture of Arista seems to be getting lost because management seems to be running behind delivery dates and putting pressure, resulting in less quality code and bad work-life balance. Please try not to do this.
- No fun apart from work.
- A review is not being executed transparently the way it is described.
Please don't ruin the nice work culture of Arista by focusing on quantity instead of quality.
