If your dream in life is to play politics, do less work, just count bugs, learn nothing new, work on 12-year-old dead codebases in sustaining mode and want a 9 am-5 pm workday, this is the perfect job.
Once you join this organization, it's a trap. You cannot get out easily. Definitely not for freshers. They fix bugs of legacy products in India. No innovation. Lazy people, need I say more? People are here only for money, especially higher-ups. Pay is below par compared to others.
Increase the salary of current employees, rather than losing current talent and paying much more to get talent from competitors.
