Good technology, nothing more to say.
- The HRs or the company organized a family day, with such disgusting and awkward arrangements that they kept Marrie gold biscuits for refreshment.
- Absolutely no recognition. Employees in India are getting peanuts as yearly rewards. Note, not even peanuts.
- If the share price raises, they consider that a yearly CTC raise.
- HRs are very, very poor.
- And outings, goodies are very poor. They give goodies like a coffee mug, cap, t-shirts (unisex) yearly once :)
- Linguistic influence: they consider everyone will know Hindi.
Please consider all employees as equal. I really wonder how Arista in the US grabbed the best place to work.
